Foundation Associate - Memorial Foundation / Full-time - (Fullerton, CA)

Roles and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, provide general and specific administrative support to the Department of Operations. Provide support to departmental functions by serving as a receptionist answering telephones, computer data input, processing correspondence, copying, filing and otherwise assisting as needed. Communicate clearly in person, via telephone and through electronic media. Functions include monitoring supply inventory, maintaining overall professional appearance in common work areas, office related projects (painting, coordinating staff relocations, Info Technology projects, etc.), office machine updates and maintenance and building maintenance. Assist with financial functions and responsibilities including accounts payable, 1099 vendors, database reports, month end responsibilities and other duties as assigned (assist with event planning and logistics).
