Court Procedures Attorney The applicant will provide assistance to the Litigation department functioning as a resource for info relating to court rules, court filings qualifications and court procedures for federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels with continuing emphasis on establishing and maintaining Department protocols and systemic collection of firm work product precedents. Will respond in a timely and immediate fashion to workflow requests of firm attorneys and professional staff relating to court rules, court procedures, court filings, filing of new cases, and other court-related tasking as well as requests for work product precedents and court docket details. Participate in the staffing of the court procedures group's after-hours e-filing rotation. Develop and maintain effective positive working relationships with judges, court clerk personnel, firm attorneys and support personnel.
