Data Visualization Scientist/Engineer / DT/OT Lab Field Analyst/Engine - (Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD)

The contractor shall participate in and provide recommendations for Network Synchronization Working Groups, Network Capability Reviews, and "Good Enough" Drills. The contractor shall make recommendations on Spectrum Allocation/De-confliction for CS fielding, focused on reducing Soldier Radio Waveform spectrum consumption in current and future Army Networks based upon the overall Network Design. The contractor shall provide analysis and engineering design of networks, tactical networks, applications, spectrum usage, network test, and network performances. The contractor shall provide network visual documentation of the designed networks. The contractor shall prepare info briefs presenting issues, addressing potential impacts, providing courses of action, and proposing recommended solutions to fill capability gaps and mitigate program risks.
