Team Lead - Club Counselor / Customer Service Representative Job overview:Description: Team Lead Club Counselor Team Lead of approx thirteen to 17 teammates in a multi-channel inbound Call Center in the vacation ownership industry. Lead, Coach and Mentor Club Counselors for the purpose of providing exceptional member background. What will I be doing? As a Team Lead Club Counselor you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards\: Assist Call Center Management Team in the operation of a multi-channel inbound call center by providing support and help to Club Counselors who service Club Members and other vacation ownership owners with reservations, program education, maintenance charges, loans and web siteusage troubleshooting.
