Group Manager, Legal Collections - Post-Judgment - (Troy, MI)

Job summary Bachelors/Associates Degree with 1-3+ years of management/supervisory background required; will potentially consider background in lieu of education. The Group Manager, Legal Collections is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Specialist teams. This position is responsible for managing escalations and inquiries, including supervision of employees, process and procedure development, and execution. In addition this position interacts with internal customers (Compliance, Legal teams, QA, etc) as well as multiple cross-functional organizations. The job necessitates a balanced mix of people, process and project management with a solid understanding of the Legal Collections Channel.
