eLearning Instructional Design and Development Contractor - (Arlington, VA)

Summary: This position uses eLearning instructional design methodologies to transform existing design documents into proprietary storyboards and eLearning courses suitable for virtual self-paced learning. The contract will be for 2 courses and may be adjusted as new content is available. Responsibilities Conceptualize and design course storyboards by rapid prototyping (organizing graphics, documenting course development and interactivity within a course authoring tool) in order to translate existing content into relevant and effective eLearning experiences. Develop and produce innovative and engaging on-line training content based on existing content that incorporates mixed media such as graphics, animation, text, job aids, audio and video using a working understanding of instructional design and development software tools and methodologies.
