Human Resources Associate - Full-Time - (Mason City, IA)

Human Resources Associates are responsible for successfully performing a wide spectrum of Human Resources related functions and administrative duties in an effective and professional manner. The position is responsible for providing day-to-day support for store Teammates in many areas including, but not limited to: benefit requests, new hire orientations, and Team player timecard management. Mills Fleet Farm store hours are 7am - 9pm Monday through Saturday and 8am - 6pm on Sundays (except Fargo, ND is open 12pm - 6pm on Sundays). Human Resources Associates are responsible for: Providing excellent customer service by responding with a sense of urgency to our customers’ needs while completing other tasks. Ensuring the timely completion and processing of all Human Resources related paperwork. Acquiring a thorough working expertise of Kronos Workforce Central time and attendance software and completing all related work according to Company policies and procedures.
