Maintenance Director - (Hopkins, MN)

The primary function of this position is to perform as a working supervisor while overseeing the daily activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, in conjunction with the Executive Director to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. Essential Job Functions Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance 1. Assume the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of maintenance tasks. Supervise the daily maintenance functions of assigned personnel. 2. Assist in developing procedures for performing daily maintenance tasks. Assist in standardizing the methods in which work is accomplished. 3. Schedule work assignments, preparing work schedules, etc. Revise as necessary. Ensure that work schedules are followed as closely as practical. 4. Supervise 3rd party providers while they are in facility.
