Description This is highly skilled and specialized work in the maintenance and operation of building automation systems, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment. ************************************************************************************************** General Responsibilities Programs, troubleshoots and repairs a computerized building automation system which provides heating, ventilating and ac to campus facilities. Programs associated computers necessary to communicate with each system. Monitors and manages the buildings controlled by the units evaluating conditions, and takes corrective actions to maintain effective and uniform control of the indoor environment. Calculates and defines the building profile for each building to establish start/stop and run time periods. Establishes program maintenance, inspects the systems and calibrates instruments, including the repair of worn or faulty equipment.
