Job Opening Project Coordinator --- Lead Hazards -- -- Penquis, a social services agency serving Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Knox counties for 50yrs, is recruiting for the above full time (40 hrs/wk; benefits eligible) position in our Housing and Energy Services Department. Based in Bangor, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing Penobscot, Piscataquis, Knox and Waldo Counties' Lead Hazard activities. Primary duties include lead inspections, lead clearances and project designs for both residential and commercial properties requiring lead abatement services; writing technical specifications; and managing construction projects. Daily travel throughout Penobscot, Piscataquis, Knox and Waldo Counties is required.---- Additional travel to other counties required as needed. Insured, reliable transportation is required with business travel reimbursement.
