The Training Manager provides guidance and direction for the implementation of training for all field, district and regional employees. Monitors and manages overall departmental customer satisfaction and good communication to field HR and operations. Within Division and Corporate policies and procedures, the Training Manager understand his/her role as a support role for the entire division, and to determine through feedback from each HR Manager and Hiring Manager, the time frame, positions and methods to be used to build bench strength for internal promotion and business growth.
