Dietary Cook/Aide Terre Haute Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is seeking a Dietary Cook/Aide that has a passion for providing the highest quality of care with compassion and integrity! The primary purpose of the Dietary Cook/Aide is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations, under established facility policies and procedures, as directed by the Director of Food Services, to ensure that quality food service/preparation is provided. Essentials Duties of our Dietary Cook/Aide include but are not limited to: Review menus, recipes, and spread sheets prior to preparation of food Inspect special diet trays to ensure they are correct Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies and procedures, including cleaning schedules Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of Cook Ensure proper diets
