North Atlanta law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a very successful group of attorneys. Commercial Real Estate Paralegal applicants should have a min of 7 yrs of background in a law firm or corporate legal department supporting CRE attorneys. Applicants must have background drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial leases, amendments and agreements, performing due diligence and title searches, reviewing title and survey, creating internal checklists and closing binders, scheduling closings and other related responsibilities. A 4 year degree and at least seven years of background is necessary, and a stable work history is a must.
