The Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing and showing our single family homes and for completing the refurbishment checklist. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Showing properties to potential tenants : Receive tentative appointments from the Call Center to show homes to potential residents. Accept or re-schedule these appointments and then meet the resident at the property Walk potential resident through home, pointing out highlights and answering any questions they may have Communicate the process for the potential resident to follow if they wish to rent the home Move-in ready properties: Inspect property and approve move-ins, schedule new move in cleanings, final grass cut and spot check for cleanliness and any issues Ensure all properties have keyed entry on every door Resident Move in Communicate with Assistant Portfolio Manager (APM) to schedule move in time with new tenant Complete Move In report and send to APM Move-Outs/Vacancy Confirmations
