City Renewal Management is a reputable, National Real Estate / Property Management Company in search of an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager to oversee our 108 unit community, Curtis Apartments in Watertown, NY. Knowledge of this type of program as well as background with the local HUD office is essential. The perfect applicant must be able to work well both independently and under pressure, handling a multitude of needs at the property with a positive, can-do attitude and a smile!! Previous affordable property management and knowledge of HUD subsidized programs, forms and qualifications are an absolute must. The Property Manager will handle the oversight of all leasing, security, customer service, collections, bookkeeping and HUD administrative responsibilities as well as oversight of the maintenance staff with the assistance of the head Maintenance Tech.
