Receptionist Front Desk Coordinator Job summary The Front Desk Coordinator position will be the 1st point of contact for all clients, vendors, customers and candidates. Deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere Position duties Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls Order office supplies Take and relay phone messages Provide details to callers and visitors Greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination Deal with queries from the public and customers Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness Prepare correspondence and documents Receive and sort mail and deliveries, UPS/FEDEX Send out outgoing mail and print mailing labels Organize conference and meeting room bookings Control inventory relevant to reception area Strong expertise to provide assistance in all administrative functions throughout the organization.
