Administrative Coordinator Position summary: Description: Better care begins at home. At Physician House Calls, we deliver compassionate, high quality care to patients in their homes or places of residence. Our providers focus on each unique patient to deliver the appropriate care and emotional support to our patients and their families. Our office staff supports our providers and our patients in real time on a daily basis to help to improve overall patient satisfaction. Summary: Responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical and administrative functions such as handling correspondence and ms word processing, answering telephone and e-mail inquiries. This includes producing and processing very confidential details. Also responsible for answering and directing calls to appropriate individuals, sending out messages to staff in the field, greeting all customers and employees, performing general administrative duties and may also assist other staff with overflow work.
