Aerotek is currently looking for a SolidWorks Drafter in Vancouver. This company manufactures aftermarket automotive products. Job description This drafter will take existing designs and convert them All of the work is in SolidWorks. They will also work alongside the drafting team to create and design new custom truck accessories according to customer order. This involves designing, drafting, detailing, and altering existing drawings. These designs are all very similar but they need drafters to adapt quickly in order to keep up with production of each custom product Requirements: At least 2yrs of professional SolidWorks background or strong examples from school that illustrate there mastery of all basic SolidWorks functions. Manufacturing background is a must and sheet metal is very strongly preferred. Knowledge of drafting for sheet metal and familiar with weld mounts is a huge plus. About Aerotek:
