Providing desktop and application support for remote clients. Applicant is responsible for determining when to continue troubleshooting and when to rebuild or replace equipment. Works closely with project staff to configure, deploy and maintain virtual desktop pictures to meet the needs of software engineering and testing teams while maintaining adherence to licensing qualifications and PGEs desktop and security standards. Is responsible for coordinating work to minimize service disruptions. Maintains accurate record of user requests, contact details and outcomes, and escalates issues as appropriate.
