Mgr, Retention Client Reference Code: 190514 MAJOR FUNCTION Develop, manage and provide leadership to Customer Retention Teams, Quality Leads, Customer Retention staff and Administrative team. Create and maintain an environment that focuses on saving and retaining our current customers, driving revenue growth, mentoring, providing superior customer service, and utilizing effective sales skills. Participate in the successful planning and implementing of all customer retention programs/incentives, including motivation and leadership by example. Our Customer Retention Manager serves as advocates for customers and teammates. By taking the initiative to go above and beyond to support their teams by creating a friendly environment, providing coaching and development, we expect to exceed customer expectations. This position will assist in the ongoing management of all call center metrics and activities to provide world-class customer care for customers. This position reports to the Director of Customer Retention.
