Plant Human Resources Supervisor needed in the Florence area, up to $60K. Company cannot sponsor or transfer any Visas at this time and will relocate within the USA. Responsibilities: Leading and directing the activities of the HR staff involved in the administration of compensation, benefits, paid time off, leave of absence, workers compensation and other HR related programs; Ensuring compliance with company policies and governmental regulations; Providing assistance to HR managers and supervisors on HR policies, programs, and procedures; Coordinating and administering various company HR programs; Employee staffing including recruiting, sourcing, testing, interviewing and checking references.Education: 4-year degree required; Human Resources or related disciplines preferred.
