Human Resources Generalist Our client, a small employee-oriented manufacturing company, located near Amherst, NH is seeking an HR Generalist responsible for overall HR administration and payroll. Responsible for the administration of the human resources policies and procedures as outlined by corporate headquarters. Hands-on responsibility for benefits administration, payroll processing through a 3rd party service, employee relations, training, safety, recruiting and on-boarding, payroll, HRIS, employment law compliance and assisting with succession planning. Three - 5yrs of human resources background is required. HR in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus. Must have strong communication (written and presentation), analysis, issue solving, coaching, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Some travel is required.
