Human Resources Associate - Full-Time - (Monticello, MN)

Mills Fleet Farm is excited to be opening a new store in beautiful Monticello, Minnesota! All candidates must be aware of the following, as we prepare the store for opening: Actual start dates may vary based on store construction. We will be posting positions and hiring candidates in a phased approach. New Teammates may be required to train at another Mills Fleet Farm location for a period of time prior to store opening. This may require travel and some overnight stays. Prior to store opening, schedules will vary based on the progress of construction and training needs. However, once we open, normal work hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends will take effect. Human Resources Associates are responsible for successfully performing a wide range of Human Resources related functions and administrative duties in an effective and professional manner.
