Security Shift Supervisor- Full Time-Days - (Webster, TX)

Position overview: Implement and oversee the security operation; supervise security officers Responsibilities: •Fulfill the Responsibilities, Requirements, Competencies, and applicable Addenda of a Security Officer •Provide post coverage, if necessary •Act in the absence of the Assistant Program Manager when directed •Assist the Assistant Program Manager in administrative tasks as directed •Interpret applicable policies and procedures based on existing circumstances •Supervise subordinates so they perform their functions effectively •Assign security duties as circumstances warrant •Evaluate and document subordinate's performance •Review and oversee corrections to appropriate subordinate's reports •Maintain liaison with appropriate facility personnel on a given shift •Assist with subordinates training •Perform other duties at the direction of or in the absence of the Assistant Program Manager Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 to 16:00 Requirements:
