Production Supervisor – Clinton, IA The opportunity: The Production Supervisor, Clinton, IA, Folding Carton, supervises plant employees on the assigned shift in our manufacturing environment including planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and work conditions. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager. Responsibilites: Ensures effective employee relations. Provides employee coaching and development. Makes employment decisions.
