HOUSEKEEPER - Per-Diem / Varied - WHC - (Woodland, CA)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The housekeeper is responsible for total facility cleaning including, but not limited to, patient rooms, support areas, break rooms, hallways and public areas. REQUIREMENTS: A min of a high-school certificate is preferred. Expertise to read, write legibly, communicate and understand English is required. Must have knowledge of basic housekeeping practices and procedures, background in the proper handling of infectious waste, must be ale to exercise proper safety skills in handling of housekeeping chemicals and equipment, must have knowledge of basic floor care. This position is represented by Service Employees International Union, Local 250, and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
