Executive Housekeeper - (Phoenix, AZ)

Executive Housekeeper will manage the Housekeeping and Laundry departments by developing and implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of the owners, employees and guests. * Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with the Radisson overall mission, vision, values and strategies. * Manages the operation of housekeeping, public space and laundry functions; ensures that the rooms and public space areas are spotless and continually are clean and straightened. * Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement. * Aligns with "Yes I Can!" service standards to build and reinforce skills for a lasting service culture that provides excellent and consistent hospitality experiences.
