Child Day Care Teacher Location: 5310 - GSS Syracuse Address : 1622 Walnut St Syracuse, Nebraska, 68446-0646 United States Employment Type: Full time Hourly: 9.57 - 10.31 Shift: Evening Position summary To provide care, supervision and management to children in a caring, safe and efficient manner. Is responsible to perform the following according to Good Samaritan mission, location standards and procedures. - • Maintains accurate records on all children. Receives and shares details on child's status with parents and staff. Assures a clean, safe and healthy classroom environment. Assures clean towels and paper supplies are in adequate supply for daily needs. - • Utilizes appropriate communication techniques with children and parents. Reports immediately any physical or emotional problems / concerns from observation or child report (tummy ache, feels hot, was bitten, etc.). Provides prompt report to designated staff and parents as needed; and in formal reports and parent-teacher conferences.
