Restaurant Manager - Papa Razzi Tattoria Restaurants Position summary: Along with the rest of the team, this position will be responsible for the oversight and management of all daily restaurant operations both on the floor and in the office. General assignments include but are not limited to: hiring and training, coaching and counseling, scheduling, reconciliation of daily revenues, invoice coding, inventory, and budgeting assistance.
