We are seeking a qualified full time Property Manager for our quick paced business. Bi-lingual a requirement experience in apartments multifamily housing or retail a plus. Applicants must have valid DL. - per hour DOE plus commissions and benefits. Under the direction of the owner and CPA the primary function is providing compet and effective leadership which will ensure the growth and success of both the communities as well as their employees while maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the communities. Applicants applying are required to have - years of related background in property management retail hospitality and or manufactured home management. -CAM license a plus but not a requirement.
