Debit Balance Coordinator - (Tempe, AZ)

Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and accounts Payable functions within the Accounts Payable department. May perform 1 or more of the following duties\: - Run and compile reports to review vendors in debit balance. - Research and follow up with vendors, client representatives and internal staff regarding resolution of debit balance issues. - Initiate corrective action where necessary to complete debit balance resolution. - Track and report SLA metrics - Assist other groups with administrative tasks as needed. - Responds to routine questions related to area of responsibility. - All other duties as assigned.
