Paralegal - Temporary SYNSMB - (Indianola, PA)

The Senior Contract Paralegal – Temporary will support the Law, Patents & Compliance department in various responsibilities, specifically matters related to contracting, contract database management, website development management and healthcare compliance. $35/hour, two month contract temporary position. In this position you will: • Screen request for details, respond or refer to attorney as appropriate and serve as principal point of contact for business clients relating to contract requests; • Gather info from contract requestors and at the direction of an attorney and under limited supervision, draft and review contracts and other legal documents, and as appropriate, provide counsel on required info to draft agreement • Assist business clients in basic interpretation of contracts; coordinating with responsible attorneys to respond to specific questions as appropriate;
