Integrity ~ Quality ~ Respect ~ Resident Centere Taylor Community, a Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community with over 100yrs of service to the Lakes Region, is looking to fill the following position: Full time Activity Coordinator The ideal Activity Coordinator should have background in working with elders and a strong understanding of dementia. Flexible schedule with weekend rotations must have Background and Enthusiasm. Background as an Activity Professional in a long term nursing care setting Ability in working with persons with Dementia. Quick paced and flexibility (some weekends & evenings required). Participate as part the team to promote and implement activities for Nursing Residents. Assist nursing residents at meals as assigned. Transport residents with Taylor Community buses and other vehicles for activities. Other tasks as outlined in position overview and as assigned.
