JOB SUMMARY To actively and effectively sell Barnhart’s heavy project transportation and rigging capabilities to major industrial clients using consultative techniques to create high value solutions concentrating in Barnhart Focus Markets. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS Promote and participate in leading safety as a company value Create and execute an annual sales plan defining goals and priority targets Prospect qualified leads, acquire new accounts and deliver profitable sales Manage customers, contacts and all sales activities utilizing IFS Become proficient in crane selection, rigging selection and layouts including competency in use of 3DLiftPlanner software with emphasis on HL cranes Develop strong knowledge of all Barnhart specialty rigging, transportation and specialty tools and techniques with expert level knowledge in at least 1 segment Become branch resource for competitors’ capabilities (equipment, service and key personnel) Conduct capabilities presentations to existing
