Service Delivery Manager - (Rancho Cordova, CA)

Description: Overview\: The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for maintaining the client relationship with the Department of Child Support Services. Overall contractual oversight and management of the CA SDU. This includes mailroom services, data entry, quality assurance unit, reconciliation, check printing, suspense management, finance, electronic payment outreach and customer care unit. Manager also indirectly oversees the CA Debit Card program with a card base of 180,000 customers. RESPONSIBILITIES\: Main point of contact for client issues and inquiries Direct P&L responsibility for a project valued over $100M Excellent knowledge of the payment card industry and regulations Manages all aspects of the project Directly manages six direct reports and a staff of 70 FTE. . Delegates work and performs quality checks on performance and accuracy to ensure contractual standards are met. Monitors performance and implements disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy.
