Job overview Position title: Security Officer/FSD Department: Security Reports To: Director of Security & FSD FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary The primary function of the Security Officer/FSD is to ensure the safety and security of both the staff, and the guests staying at the hotel. This is done by maintaining order, which is achieved through: patrolling the premises, enforcing regulations and making sure applicable laws are observed. Must also be certified as Director of Fire and Safety and have active Certificate of Fitness issued by the NYC Fire Department.
