AutoDesk Trainer - (Chicago, IL)

Core Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and maintain current and future training materials and programs for the Global Design Organization. Develop training strategies and implement best uses for classroom lead training, web-based training, distance training, and other delivery methods. Ensure regional training days are delivered to all global Design studios. Act as liaison between users and software engineering teams. Ensure that Design’s needs are addressed by software vendors. Maintain tracking mechanisms for enhancement requests and reported bugs. Interface with vendor software developers to ensure bugs and enhancements are submitted, reviewed and implemented. Work with developers to schedule demonstrations of new features. Conduct research and development into new technologies which would benefit or improve the Design process. Keep current on latest trends and software applications. Troubleshoot all errors and problems users background with CAID tools.
