Part time Teller - Morrell Road Food City - 610 Description Position overview: To assist members and potential members with their Credit Union financial needs in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner, both in person and on the phone. Key functions & Responsibilities: Provides efficient, professional and friendly service to members. Receives and processes member financial transactions including: process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and share drafts; sells money orders and cashier checks. Processes loans, mortgages, credit card payments, and cash advances for members as directed. Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells products and services to members to enhance their financial position. Balances cash drawer and transactions daily; sells cash to vault to maintain approved cash limit. Resolves member questions and concerns. Answers phones.
