Enterprise Architect - CIO Consultant - (Fort Bragg, NC)

Responsibilities Position is open in the Verizon Federal Enterprise Solutions. Verizon Federal supports complex, enterprise wide integration initiatives within the Federal operations. The Federal Enterprise Architect is responsible for working with senior IT executives as a trusted technical advisor/ partner to: Review and analyze current technology infrastructure and it's expertise to support strategic mission objectives. Work with individual service organizations to understand and articulate issues, resolution, plans and barriers to tactical issues (e.g., MS ten migration). Identify and propose specific strategies, initiatives and remedies necessary to align technology infrastructure with customer strategic objectives (e.g., JRSS). Support development of strategic direction, business case and high-level program implementation plan. Translate customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements.
