Business Development Manager-Flight Paramedic - (Chattanooga, TN)

Job Summary: As a member of a highly trained and proficient team, the Business Development Manager and Flight Paramedic employed by Erlanger Health System is responsible for: Non Clinical Qualifications: Manage and achieve the business development directives of LIFE FORCE and EHS through direct collaboration with Executives, Physicians, and Service Line Leaders in the identification, design, and promotion of current, new, and or, expanded initiatives and services. Advance relationships with local and regional physicians, hospitals and pre-hospital agencies to maximize referral retention, utilization and market share for EHS. Drive referral growth for targeted service lines and specialty, employed physicians. Develop and implement strategies to maintain, and or, capture new market share. Oversee changes in regional physician coverage and hospital services, responding to opportunities for partnerships and specialty growth.
