Sales Coordinator - (Camp Hill, PA)
Job description The Sales Coordinator maintains favorable contacts with retail and field customers by researching and resolving customer problems, recommending new ideas to avoid issue and coordinating sales activities internally for AMES Sales directors. This coordinator also works internally with other associates to develop processes to avoid potential issues that would negatively affect Home Depot or AMES. Major Responsibilities * Work with Sales Director on: issue resolution, coordinating seasonal & specialty orders for timely delivery, ensuring pricing/setup is accurate and complete, and managing any customer service concerns * Create sales presentations/line reviews for all HPLs * Set up item new items in customer systems (IDM) * Co-ordinate and set up items with customer dot com systems * Create and maintain PCRs and assure new year time lines are met * Answers questions about the organizations products and/or services * Point person for our team with Home Depot logistics when emergency orders are
