CRM Analyst - (Jeannette, PA)
Overview The CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting the CP Sales organizations as the key super-user of the "Salesforce" CRM tool and by also providing leadership to all members of the sales team as it pertains to the systems use, maintenance, data integrity, interface and reporting aspects. The Sales Coordinator is a key, go-to person for the Sales organization and is responsible for preparing and reporting all departmental data to internal customers such as finance and Sr. Management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This position is responsible for continually assisting in finding ways to automate business processes into the CRM system. They will need to lead/assist team workshops to map out current state and future state using Visio and incorporate the improvements into the CRM system by assisting in designing page layouts and defining the data that needs to be gathered. They will lead continuous roll-out sessions in their business unit.
