RDA Module Engineer - (Lehi, UT)

Overview As a RDA Module Engineer at IM Flash Technologies LLC., you will be identifying, sourcing, and reducing baseline defects and chronic excursions with impact on quality, yield, or output. In this position you will partner with RDA Equipment Engineers on inspection recipe development to bring visibility for critical defects RDA Shift Engineers and Technicians on data collection and segmentation studies Inline Dieloss Engineers to understand the impact of defects to yield and quality Process Integration and Process Area Engineers on yield improvements through defect reduction Successful applicants must have the expertise to utilize tools and techniques such as SEM, TEM and EDS to improve your success on defect characterization in your module. You will represent RDA in focus groups and Engineering meetings where you will present updates on ongoing defect issues with the intent of determining defect reduction priorities for the fab.
