Directs and controls the activities of the Maintenance and Engineering function to ensure that all production and support equipment is maintained at levels which are as efficient and reliable as possible. Ensures that the facility itself is maintained and is a safe working environment. Manage plant-wide maintenance and capital program maximizing asset reliability, up-time, and cost effectiveness with available resources. Required skills * 15% - SAP Workflow, installing equipment and functional locations, breakdown reporting, RCM metrics, training, requisition approvals. * 10% - Conduct safety audits, attend safety meetings, complete corrective actions, safety training. * 10% - Contractor relations Sheet metal, HVAC, Machine Shop, Roofing, Gearboxes, Cassette Cylinders. * 10% - RCM Preventative Maintenance Planning Schedule equipment for PM, planning PM labor and work orders, supervise on PM days.
