Content Manager - (San Francisco, CA)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Content Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining content across all repositories, providing recommendations and consultative support based on analytical findings and overall collateral impact. This individual will establish themselves as main point-of-contact and authority on where all internal/external facing collateral lives. Responsibilities * Develop content strategy aligned with short term and longterm marketing targets * Collaborate with teams to plan and develop wiki and help center content that is compliant with our style and layout standards * Liaise with content writers to ensure consistency and that content is up to date * Use content management systems and other tools to analyze content traffic and user engagement metrics * Manage content living across numerous repositories, including Knowledge Bases, Wiki pages
