Senior Consultant, Account Management - (Dublin, OH)

What Account Management contributes to Cardinal Health Account Management is responsible for implementation and monitoring of our customer agreements. In addition, assignments include day to day management of our customer relationships. The Account Manager will also assist our Sales team with driving sales and services to new and existing customers. Accountabilities: * Assist with the implementation and execution of a customer agreement or solution to national and regional chain pharmacy customers * Coordinate prime vendor agreement creation and responsible for contract execution and performance * Assist with process improvements to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded * Coordinate projects and initiatives with internal teams to achieve program growth and success. * Problem solve customer concerns to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner and a long term solution is established.
