Description: EDABI Operations Consultant Summary: Play a key role as an EDABI Agile Operations Consultant to help Target Enterprise Data, Analytics and BI teams and organization improve delivery, increase operational efficiency and drive improved outcomes. Required responsibilities: Improve delivery as an embedded consultant * Embed with one to 3 teams for 3-6 mnth periods to drive implementation of agile practices and routines and help teams develop self-organizing habits * Play various roles as needed including providing individual contributions in addition to consulting * Examples include but are not limited to: * Define clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and measurements of success to enable clarity and focus * Facilitate agile ceremonies and product discovery activities * Identify and implement tools and practices to help teams increase focus on customer * Plan and schedule work and track progress and outcomes using agile project management tools * Communicate priorities and timelines to customers
