Join our team! Community Based SupervisorTanager Place is seeking a Community Based Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) program. This position will report to the BHIS Program Manager. Assignments include:Ensure the delivery of quality BHIS programming and services to children and familiesDirect oversight of caseworkers who provide in-home skill building services to children and familiesBe available to employees to provide training and direction as neededManage program deliverables and outcomesAccept referrals and distribute workload within the programComplete administrative duties to include documentation reviews, case reviews, report schedules, and other tasksMay assist with marketing efforts within the programEffectively communicate with all stakeholders to include managed care organizations, community partners, clients, and other agency departments among othersProvide departmental leadership during team meetingsComplete supervisory duties to include performance appraisals
