Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. is a family-owned funeral home founded in 1854. We operate 2 funeral homes and a crematory. We are located in Bethesda and Rockville, Maryland and our service area includes the Greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. We currently serve around 900 families a year. We serve all faiths. We are looking for a licensed Funeral Director/Mortician. Our directors are responsible for all aspects of funeral service including, but not limited to: making removals, arranging, working visitations, embalming and other preparation, and funeral directing. We are looking for individuals who are sincere, kind, professional, caring, helpful, and committed and someone that places client satisfaction as a top priority. Our directors work a rotating schedule which includes four week days and two weekends off per month and only seven days of on-call duty per month.
