Director of First Impressions - (New Richmond, OH)
A financial services firm in Richmond Heights is looking to hire a well-organized, enthusiastic, polished professional to serve as our Director of 1st Impressions/Receptionist. We are seeking a unique individual to fulfil this multi-dimensional position on a Full-time basis. This individual will greet customers, answer phones, perform general clerical duties and contribute to the overall team effort by creating an exceptional customer background. In addition, this individual will provide executive assistance to the President of the company. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: -Greet customers on the phone and in person -Provide general administrative and clerical support -Schedule customer meetings -Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment -Perform tasks and projects assigned by the President of the company Key Competencies: -Superior written and spoken communication expertise -Polished, professional appearance acceptable for a business casual atmosphere -Exceptional management expertise
